Thats a good question. Because EMI is an issue with every single Tesla vehicle produced to date, I think Tesla needs to buyback every car ever sold. I dont see how they can modify current cars, in a recall, to stop electromagnetic interference issues being seen. Cybertruck with its steel exoskeleton might be the only Tesla (Semi?) that can properly attenuate the low frequency EMI causing Teslas to go out of control and/spontaneously combust.
