just like every ticker waiting on some bullshit to drag it out of the doldrums this ticker is waiting on criminal accusations to be cleared before anything will happen to this. since schwab stopped allowing it to be traded everyone is dumping and it could be years if this ever trades normally again. honestly it's probably going to be delisted.
