Sounds like a good date but possibly by end of Sept.

But answering that is like answering when I'll need health insurance. I know I will need to use it at some point but I don't know the day or month. Just like owning insurance, I own ICOA because I know at some point it's coming so I am ready for when it does.

You won't want to be without either when you get sick or the CE is removed.
