You can sell all you want above .65 and buy .65 from company, shares have ZERO chance of going higher.

This 250,000,000 is just the beginning, more to come, management is truly lost.

I don't see why CRL would be sold Preferred shares in our firm. We already have a contract in place with them through the Cognate acquisition. They already have 18,460,390 shares of NWBO.

I respect you as a doctor, investor and reasonable poster. If a large pharmaceutical company or walk Street firm is not buying these shares then management will have exceeded my expectations in bumbling along. If they are selling to us then NWBO is truly lost. Right now if the shares were offered around here it would be a disappointment. As a buyer if they were offered here or lower may just as well buy in the open market because the shares do not come with warrants.

If they are selling these C shares anywhere near these levels then it would mean we are no where near any major catalysts which would be a huge downer. If this extends into 2023 without any developments then this stock will be in the .40s or below. This team has had enough time to get this to the next level. Creating this C series to get their hands on cash while avoiding the share cap is a clear sign that they are incapable of delivering value and are trying to buy themselves more time to fumble. Enough is enough

RE: iwasadiver

Sorry, I did not mean to imply or suggest that *your* speculations were wild. I was referring more to talk (among other things) of how these preferred shares are a sign of an impending buyout. Something that the last several years should have suggested is not going to happen. Especially at $15 billion, or whatever low-ball figure people are throwing out these days.

I had no idea who hoffman6383 was referring to when he mentioned "Dr Z," nor had I seen the post he later referred to. You are one of a handful of people on this board who's opinion I actually value. I certainly did not mean to imply otherwise.

Thanks iwasadiver; thanks for all you do here; it really gives us the booster to stay strong. The Company is manufacturing DcvaxL for Compassionate Use in UK under the Specials cert they received. Do you see any incremental income that might be reported in the incoming 10Q that they might have generated via the Specials since they got that approval. They are going for the Commercial Manufacturing Cert now; since it is already a month or so since they applied, what is your opinion on the status of a marketing approval application that should be filed before an onsite inspection takes place that flipper has been saying. TIA.

There is anything but a guarantee the Cs can ever be converted into common shares especially in 3 months from now

I spoke to the company regarding the Series C preferred. It was my understanding that if I bought some there would be a 3 month hold from conversion from the time the notice was put out in the 8-K. That’s all I know for ME. I don’t know if there will be separate or different terms for others, just what I was told in regard to my purchase.

So NWBO is now looking for retailers to buy the C's. The whole Hurray and hiphip about the pending dilution of the stock actually meaning a huge JV has, so far, proven to be BS. Exactly as I predicted. NWBO selling the C's to retailers means the following:
A. They most probably can get a loan to bridge the current period with a few million which imo is scary given the fact they have excellent data in hand.
B. retailers will not buy the C prefs unless with some serious discount and I mean 20? 25?%. Why would a retailer buy at 5-10% discount, thats a week's swing in this penny stock. So as soon as we see the 8K the C's have been sold at an equivalent to the stock of 51, 50? cents a pop well then management telling the market where they see the value of the company at. We will see an immediate downslide below 60 cents.
C. Its completely unnecessary to sell the Cs to retailers yet here we are it comes to show how desperate they are for a few million in cash.

That is of course if indeed what iwasadiver is true and they are selling the pref Cs to retailers.

This management sucks. They are beyond stupid.

Ok now let me see the hate posts.

meant as protection from a hostile takeover by a Pharma that knows retail feels exhausted and could low ball an offer that might make a majority agree to a shit deal.

You seem like a smart man diver, but these Preferred Cs will in no way to protect/prevent against a hostile bid for NW Bio. "Poison Pills" as some call them are not done this way, nor is this the reason why NWBO converted A+Bs to Cs. The reason they have voting power is incentive for the opposite of what you suggest: A partnership or eventual buyout or just plan incentive to own preferred shares. I can 100% guarantee if a large BP called and asked to purchase and own every single C preferred it would be a done deal. It was made so a partner or large investor can purchase a large amount of shares without going on the open market to do so AND have the voting rights of the Common. Personally, I think there a 50% chance these shares may are already gone, and a 8k will be filed soon.
