KM just talking the Combo bullshit because its years away but he knows the shareholders like the idea and thats all its been in the past few years .PFE would have this combo passed in a week through the white house saying everyone needs it.

A combo product would require a new NDA even if both products are already approved.

It would be many years away and costly because you need to do a clinical trial with 4 treatment arms:
placebo
drug A alone
drug B alone
the combo

The combo treatment arm needs to show greater efficacy over the other 3 treatment arms for it to be approved.
