They Dumped into the O/S yesterday that was pretty plain to see. I would say they did another 5 million plus today so far. However there are big buys blocks going on , this will turn fairly easy , as long as they leave the A/S alone .

They issued 30 million unrestricted shares with the acquisition. As of yesterday's close, not one was sold. I would guess none sold today either. DTC remained at 102. A lot of people do not even know what the difference is. That's whose shares we are buying today.

The company has zero obligation to disclose the share structure daily as they have been doing. They are doing it for a reason.
