No, you can't have any. I don't care how safe it is or how much it might help you. You still can't have any. Maybe after Phases 3.05, 3.14159, 3.6, and 3.19999 are complete, you might be able to have some. Just a little, maybe, but until then get happy not having any. You're just not allowed.
