Positives? Such as?

SHMP has less than 200M shares left in its treasury. SHMP has to replace the guts of its LaCosteUnknown facility. We know SHMP has no business interruption insurance. And in contrast to the first fire, I’m not seeing SHMP mention anything about property/fire insurance it has.

We know that SHMP was seriously under-insured after the first fire. It’s reasonable to expect that SHMP was even MORE under-insured for the SECOND fire.
