I remember posters years ago telling me r/s was good thing. That was sure wrong. Will be if r/s again. Now bought a company losing money and more dilution. They don't care what they do to shareholders. I bet they have prefers that avoid being diluted. Enables them to not care how many common issued to fund losses.
