Makes me wonder if the first step is announcement of a partnership that’s either concurrent or followed by the filing of the Form D for the offer and issue of the preferred.

They’re likely to require shareholder approval anyway to enter into whatever agreement is being put forward, so the placement of the C will come later.

In other words, there shouldn’t be any need for guess work — or at least we hope!
