What stuck out to me in that segment of the interview is how humble Michael and LightWave Logic are.

If your downside risk is not being ubiquitous enough, well that's not much of a risk at all but it is an answer :) Basically it seems Michael (being the polite and engaging speaker he is) is just answering a valid and very legitimate question to ask a company but one where the answer may very well be that there is no realistic downside risk at this stage of the game.

My personal take is Michael is beyond confident he and the team will ensure that LightWave is going to be ubiquitous based on unique and unparalleled technology that will sell itself and there currently is no true competition or any other sunrise company anywhere near the stage that LightWave currently is. Not to mention the patent moat in place that any future competition will have to face as well.

Sure there are university experiments going on that someday may evolve to compete with LightWave's EO polymers but I'm assuming based on what others have said, that would take years or decades to come to fruition. And of course LightWave will continue to enhance their technology in exciting and unknown ways during that time as well. Again, Michael being the gentleman and conservative speaker he is would never give an answer saying there is currently no legitimate competition even if that is very much the case :)

Ubiquitous, Unparalleled and Unique times are ahead and that is very exciting for not only the positive impact LightWave's technology will have on the world in so many known and unknown ways, but also it's life changing impact for many of us here financially :)

Long & Strong LightWave Logic!
