Lmao…what did you EXPECT the photos to show…? The only thing that’s been done is the canal has been dredged and there’s a massive mountain of dirt there now that was brought in to replace the soon to be excavated land…which is NOT in the photos…

Not sure what you were looking for there General.

The photos are what they are ..... as expected. Nothing of consequence going on cause ECSL doesn't own it and Lorton wasn't doing anything with them except moving some equipment around properties.

Frankly there wasn't much of anything to see. So not sure why the disappointment. You buying into information from non credible sources ??

The parcels are very raw. Period. The good news is those properties are more or less a blank canvas. Other than clearing brush and the like which is fairly quick, the properties are pretty much almost immediately workable after permitting and the like of course.

The negative here is ECSL's lack of getting it done and now leaving an open ended timeline to completion.
