It may take all of August to walk it down but how long will it take to get those lots functional or even built-out? That's a long way away in normal time let alone ECSL time.

I was hoping a closing was around the corner but after seeing those photos I realize the closing is the raw beginning. It's much worse than we thought. The biggest PRs in the world can't overcome what those photos say.

Even more than all of the delays, those photos were the most disheartening news I've seen for ECSL. I'm very disappointed.
