If it’s not in the US product it is not in the EU product.

The opposite is true also: If it’s in the EU product it is in the US product. Acc. to the European Medical Agency:

UPDATE:

If it’s printed on the pill it has to be on the US label and it’s not, at least not on the label from the bottle I purchased 80 days ago.

Is "Vascepa" printed on the pill? If yes: titanium dioxide is a non-active ingredient in the US also.
