On Bloomberg it's been reported BABA won't allow audits to comply with regulation to remain listed, because the CCP forbids it.

Looks like BABA is most likely getting deleted.

Investors are shit out of luck here. And with BABA being a VIE shell out of the cayman island's, investors have no legal course.

It seems the great fear of these type of Chinese VIE structured cayman island's shells, is finally coming.
