Who follows complete idiots like this "GodPill"? Never seen someone so ignorant pretending to have knowledge.

No wonder so many people lose their ass "playing" stocks.

Clicked on your youtube link and listened for about 10 seconds. There is no way I'll listen beyond that! I surely hope no one made any investment decisions based on any advice by him. I agree with your analysis of him being an amateur. I do my own research and stated before the meeting that I didn't expect the voting to go any different. MULN has the full ability to control the dillution to sustain manufacturing costs without going too far and permently damage the pps. Increasing the AS from 500 million to 1.7 billion isn't a big deal. Many blue chip companies are larger. Here is a good article and similar example from 600 mill to 1.2 bill from whole foods.https://money.stackexchange.com/questions/51705/why-would-i-vote-for-an-increase-in-the-number-of-authorized-shares
If david has no intention of growing MULN or selling it to a larger company, we would all appreciate any and all due dilligence pointing to that. Thanks in advance!(I'm old school)
So far all I see is MULN creating the ability to compete in the EV space. Whether they will drop the ball, become a large company or sell what they set up with manufacturing capabilities to someone with more money to cover manufacturing costs...time will tell. It was kind of you to listen to that youtube video rambling as there is no way he will get more than 10 seconds from me. Good luck to all with their investment decisions. As I posted earlier...the good, the bad, and the ugly truths about MULN are all appreciated. As long as they are in earnest.

Only thing I can agree with you about. Other than that. Have a good week
