I will agree with a bunch of this but number 3 is a lie. I wish they were better managers but at this point the preferred Cs are saying to me they will get stronger shareholders that may keep them in line. Also is very much in line with the communication of the vaccine being de risked. The sale of the Cs are to folks that now know the trial was a success and they can be more comfortable buying in. A pharmaceutical or a well known investment company that can get word to the street would suit me fine.
