Why would someone offer $10 if they can get the stock from the open market at less than $1??

And there is NOTHING magical or cutting edge about Verb’s tech which comes done to one thing and that is to be able to click a link within a video…and that is hardly unique anymore.

The company’s performance and stock price performance over the last 4 years tells the story.
