It's not my job as a retail shareholder to concern myself with a dr. And the science and engineering he is using. It's my job to calculate risk for my investment and 1 2 or 3 chemicals isn't a part of that risk, either is the location or what companies they're testing for.
You hunting permits is awesome but, once validated and proven to work(opinion it works and has since may) the permits for ibat if not already in place, will be in place due to policy in rapid succession (thanks USA companies).
