George was first to tweet about it on his personal tweet acct. THEN that HUMBL ACCT. it was not posted publicly on the SEC site. It would be considered selective disclosure on George’s part given he blocks people from seeing his tweets. Where else would the general public have known about that effectiveness date other than the SEC site today?
Has HUMBL announced they would be using George’s personal twitter acct for release of material information? Because that’s what happened. He blurted it out first.
Not to mention some third party person was already spreading the word through private messages two days before.
