Sure it was. We just didn't know it.

It hit .02 on the promise of VF audit being finished and making enough profit to go to NASDAQ. Of course neither happened and here we are stuck in the trips.

All the hype is empty. One thing after another. No VF, No KOTA, No 5G. No loans. In fact the ONLY thing that Henry came through on in the last 18 months was to get current. And well...that really wasn't an option to flake on. That would have been the end of PHIL for sure. Just look at what happened to HPIL for not getting current. .0001 and no bid. Unlikely that one will ever see the light of day again.

That was all based on PR hype and speculation and nothing else. You notice how you have to do all the speculation with this stock when Henry releases PR? Nothing is ever concrete.
