I agree, there is no dilution...YET. I guess they secretly raised the authorized 37-fold from 200 million and will now release a PR stating to the effect "look at us! Since we love our shareholders we are going to lower our authorized shares from 7.5 billion to 6 billion! We lovvvvvvve our shareholders!" LOL
