It may well be a means by which it allows large buy ins without significantly affecting the price.

If all 10 million of the Pref C's were issued at current market the price would drop 20% minimum. So yeh, it would affect the price.

Can they trade Advent "C" shares for ownership of Advent?? hmm

LP and others have more to gain if NWBO succeeds than if NWBO bites the dust and they are left with Advent CDMO only.

The "C" also indicate more than ever, "going it alone".
