curious that Total Liabilities is the same as Current Liabilities...

That may be what Roger tells shareholders, but it is wrong once again. Current liabilities does not equal total liabilities. I said current liabilities are $7.4M The financial statement shows (from the latest published report):

Total Current Liabilities $ 7,396,686
Long Term Debt $ 903,351
Other Non-Current Liabilities $ 767,671
Total Non-Current Liabilities $ 1,671,022
Total Liabilities $ 9,067,708

I am wondering if Roger can even read his own reports?
