Marketing should begin when the industry is legalized and including deregulation as related to banking, until then the industry is not meeting its true potential and not being respected, before the congressional recess the federal government can show that respect and give more credibility to all relevant businesses and their e-commerce websites, the general public views these businesses with a degree of confusion, until then no one can operate like that to their full potential, it’s basically going to happen in the near term or it may never happen at the federal level, bet on it or don’t. The incentive is to pass the bill.
