And yet the management still giving them an opportunity to enter without disrupting the share price? If ever this could be the best time to redeem themselves and prove that they owe something to the retail and give us some spike.

Exactly. For example, if there is a licensing partner agreement that is to include the purchase of some equity, I believe the purchase price should be set at a premium over the market price, to factor in fair value.
