Don’t know if this is true or not but found this post on Yahoo:

“Reason we're down from twitter:
"FYI, the Sun Pharma Inter Partes Review on $AUPH's #10,286,036 patent was Instituted for review at the Patent Trial & Appeal Board this morning. This patent helps cover Aurinia's LUPKYNIS therapy listed in the FDA Orange Book."

Well if it is true and our patent overturned the company is cooked. Maybe potential buyers have no confidence in the patent?
