Anyone that can't see that this is the most likely outcome in the next two months is simply lying to themselves at this point.
They are going to increase the AS and sell around $50M at somewhere in the mid $0.50's (they won't be able to sell them at a market rated average, it'll have to be a discount; or they'll use the price drop from the ASM announcement partnered with an AS increase to set the market average where they want it before closing the transaction).
No journal. No MAA. They are quite simply out of time.
