Not being more forthcoming regarding phase 3 is a dealbreaker for now.

What are you even talking about? TSOI and Biorasi have launched a multi-nation phase 3 human clinical trial, and if you or anyone else remotely expect TSOI to disclose to their many competitors in the bio space any data prior to trial completion and FDA approval you're not remotely paying attention to what TSOI even possesses with their novel & globally disruptive JadiCell IP.

TSOI has disclosed all they should've disclosed to date...and all that's required now is letting Biorasi complete the trials:)
