We don't need a sales team because DCVax treats an orphan indication with no competitors. So there's no need to convince the patient or clinician that our product should be chosen vs others.

Amarin broke my heart, it would have been a contender if they didn’t lose their patent battle, the molecule is amazing and saves lives, its really a sad story! On the other hand DCVax and NWBO will change the way we treat cancer, LP is a rockstar and runs circles around John Thero!!!

LearningET, if you think it is just fish oil I think may want to read some of the published works on Vascepa, and the management did a great job of shareholder communications. An imo very questionable ruling by a judge brought them down. Imo nwbo management could learn a great deal about shareholder relations and creating value. Amrn more than quadrupled on presentation of tld compared to nwbo down more than 50%
