Correct could very easily attach a alternator/generator to one of the wheels. Biggest downfall I see is the money lost on all the fossil fuel charging stations.

Absolutely. Some hybrids already do charge themselves.

Chevy volt recharged while breaking. I once went down a step hill with my foot on the brake did not touch the accelerator and went from half charge to full charge. They figured every possibility already. The problem with electric vehicles will always be same. No way to fast charge.
