All hybrids, except plug in hybrids, charge themselves. Until the figures out how to build green factories first, maybe fusion power, the world needs to convert all vehicles to a percentage of hybrid, plug in hybrid and all electric. Not try and force all electric at once on the world population. The resentment will prolong the transfer to a proper solution to oil dependency. IMHO
