Terrific find!!!!!

As much as it pains me to agree with ANYTHING Barney Frank say or does, he hit this one out of the park!!

I have for several years, and will continue to do so, voted AGAINST the re-election of Campagna and his AMEN CORNER directors on the Compensation Committee.

The very good thing about IDCC management is that they didn't get caught up in the backdating theft and scandal that plagued many companies. I hope the government prosecutes all those criminals to the full extent possible.

The massive theft of shareholder wealth that transpired across corporate America raises many questions, the most important to me is, How did all of these companies decide to steal in the same way? In my opinion, there must have been some consultant(s) out there who originally suggested the idea to management out there as a way to steal without being caught. Of course they didn't sell it as theft but that is what it is and I hope for once the government cracks down on the white collar criminals.

Unfortunately most investors are oblivious to the fact that when the backdating occurred, it was stealing money out of their pockets. They see it the same mistaken way as they saw the whole options gluttony that went on, that it doesn't impact them. It impacts every investor around the world IMO. The massive dilution that occurred was a experiment that went terribly bad and is finally now getting brought back in line.

The next experiment that is going terribly bad for investors is the lack of oversight that is ongoing with Hedge funds and private equity which will hurt investors in the future if allowed to go unchecked for much longer. Investors have such a short memory as to the carnage it can result in. Look back to the 80's junk bond market, look to Enron and its impact and the current situation with Hedge funds and the manipulation and control of the various markets such as stocks, commodities etc, they have and it is plain to see how people forget when money is involved.
