Where is the filing it is deemed effective? Was that leaked? As I don’t see it in SEC filing yet:

The S1 is approved. Humbl is now a fully reporting publicly traded company.

Well we dont know yet but the atmosphere seems to be pretty confident and uplifted on behalf of the company, its looking good.

In my opinion, once the $HMBL S-1 is approved, the gloves are off and the quiet period is over. This is not a recommendation to buy or sell the stock. I don't do that.
