Someone else I know on IHub had those symptoms in December 2019. Just violent coughing. He always wondered if it might have been COVID.

At that time, the emphasis was on the lung involvement, but that's changed since. It seems that now, many people only have a mild cough.

But feeling as if a truck ran over you is still a feature.
