where does it say that because you signed timely releases, investors own the former WAMU Estate...?...your release was for the chapter11 to move forward, and old shareholders were given shares un the new company, plus 75 million in cede money to restart... there is no provision in chapter 11 bk, that gives investors access to assets in a restructuring... please provide a link to your assertion that shareholders own the former estate of WAMU....
