They are in a tough situation, they don’t have cash for acquisition and providing shares for acquisition in a pink with restrictions of a year is a tough sell.

You have to get really lucky or have someone who is desperate, both poor paths to depend on, in my view.

The other choice is to build a business over time which they should have started a long time ago. How many gloves do you have to sell to get this company to be worth a dime a share? And how long will it take to build that level of continuous sales? Where is the promotion, where is the sales and marketing team or commission only salespeople? When you search on google or other search engines their e-commerce site is nowhere to be found. This limits potentials sales.

Or perhaps MCIC is the one who did not find some merger deals so attractive. Possible that Ben told them to go pound sand because he wanted to put something of greater value into the company. One way or the other.................. MCIC will be back with a boom.
