Vogelbach to be fair has been used wrong. You cannot have him take any swings against lefties, but 2021 he had a 375 OBP against righties, and a 365 OBP this year. He is an upgrade over dom who hasn't hit a homer in over a year, yes over a year.
And Holderman has potential so really don't love the deal. But Vogelbach can hit against righties, but should never take a swing against a lefty. How he is allowed by team to take swing against lefties over the years is baffling to me, he would litterally take 0 swing if I was the manager.
But this mets bullpen scares me, and Holderman was one of the few I was starting to trust and to give him up for essentially 1/2 A dh still doesn't excite me. They have alot more work to do If they think they are gonna hold off Atlanta.
