Sincerely doubt it. Let’s just look at one, Canada. They approved Vascepa long before the UK, and after the UK recommendations nothing changed in Canada. Now maybe there is some small country that ties its health service into the UK’s but I am not aware of it and have never heard such a thing mentioned.
