He has zippo substantive accomplishments in 3+ years with this "company" and had zippo substantive accomplishments with the previous stock/"company" (XMDC). If the dude had accomplished anything substantive, the PPS wouldn't be a piss poor third of a penny after all these years with horrible volume on a regular basis.
