Legit? I think there are better adjectives to describe this wall. They are purposely manipulating the PPS, not that it really matters if long.
Whether they use the shell or not, they will continue to fund and keep it current. It would be foolish of them not to if they wish to sell it and not use it. The principal invested on a quarterly basis is small if you consider they have been funding for 4+ years! Can't make this s_it up.
We also don't know to what extent and how Vitol intends to support/finance regardless of what some of the articles have stated.
I agree that the this is not yet in play for the large investor. I was just hoping for more bag holders like us to jump in to keep it interesting while we wait and wait and wait. Don't forget! Dudley's idea of imminent usually stretches for 6 months or more.
