At first I wasn't sure, but I'd have to agree. Either that or they are horrible at managing this tranche of shares. They were on the Ask around .155 or something like that last week, right? I think the spread was fairly narrow at that point. They could have whacked the bid with small orders - maybe getting a much better average exit price. Now, they are on the Ask at .11, with no one biting. Lol. We'll see soon enough.
