Not being on someone’s side is not the same as being against them though that is a common dualistic way of thinking. Of course Mr. Woodford was going to have people not already in the tank for NWBO look and the company or be on the board. If they were already in NWBO’s corner that would defeat the purpose.
The rejection of Mr. Woodford’s proposed board members provided context showed that the real issue is that Linda Powers wanted and wants total control of NWBO regardless of the cost to her own shareholders or others.
