Faith Based initiative is a clear violation of the First Amendment in my opinion.
As soon as money is involved, and someone at the government gets to decide what is a religion, and what is not a religion. By providing government services through churches, someone needs to 'establish' what is a church.
Indiana's new welfare system is being designed to allow churches access to benefit application terminals, inside the church.
Church and US Taxes dollars. Established.
But of all the violations, your right this is one the thinner ones.
