Normally I would agree. But between being an OTC stock and concerns with its shares, along with bad press from AF, I’m not sure I’d apply the same logic to this stock as I would to the typical Nasdaq listed company.
It’s fairly obvious to me that a transaction with BP is in the works. I also believe the company and its stock are so broken and perhaps irreparable that a spin off makes a lot, if not the most sense.
