Uh huh, absolutely true. I totally agree. But I never questioned anything like that did I? My question was how did Harvard educated Linda not do her DD and find out everything she could have before going forward?
Heres my opinion: She did do her DD. But she already had a reputation as being difficult to work with so she had little choice as to where she could get money.
As Ive stated, I got funding twice for my companies during that same timeframe. No Im not a public company but thats just a bs excuse. If she can get 'whales' during an SEC investigation, I can tell you there are always tons of whales willing to sign up, IF you have a good product. Unfortunately Linda grossly overstated what DC would do (sans excuses) and when they failed to materialize the whales probably dissappeared.
As Ive also stated here, how is it I, not in business at that time, knew all about Kramer without doing much looking, sheesh the info was everywhere, and a pro like Linda didnt know?
The info and excuses just dont add up.
