Correct - it's a short attack. It clearly is not retail moving the price...

That data has been out there for many months. It has been looked at many different ways without anyone crying foul.

This is another short attack like the last one we saw. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

As I pointed out in an earlier post there is over $100,000,000 in short position. The amount of money WILL BE DEFENDED. Especially since there is anticipation of the PR and subsequent news.

'What Happened Today' ...You nailed steady , an organized short attack with timing corresponding to a shorter's tweet today. Investors should be keenly aware of what size the short position is, which way it is trending, and days to cover. KNOW that they will defend it with a small percentage of the stock sold as compared to the total short size sold into the market short.

Shorts at the close have around an avg size % stake for a Bio. Currently at the close 8,707,363 sh X $10.60 sp = $92,298,047 in current short value.

Today was a no news day with a -16.54% drop in share. A good news PR with volume can reverse the effect and the shorts can contribute to up trend by buying shares, along with other retail buyers and managed funds/institutes.

Bottom line that actually rules will be the trial results. It may not be fully valued instantly but will gravitate to it's true basic value based on revenues/profits/profit sharing and expenses.

If you are a new buyer or a present shareholder still buying, then this short attack will allow you to add cheaper shares sold by weak hands,
