Yeah, I worry about that. I think that only happens if the BOD does not agree to work with him. And then, if he initiates a proxy fight and loses.

But if he bails on his shares, we are cooked, because he has way more inside knowledge than any of us, and everyone will take that as a sign that there is no way to salvage the company. And it likely means that other institutions will bail as well.

At that point, I think there is so much selling pressure, that AMRN will end up getting bought in the $3 range because they have no choice, OR, they decide that ANY sale is off the table and that they are GIA forever, and may need to look at expanding their portfolio to survive.

Either way, the shares are cooked if Denner bails.
