You’re not understanding and I can’t help my friend. Manufacturing is never a one and done thing as you seem to think. Increases in productivity occur at rapid rates when set-up properly. Flaskworks approaches it in a fundamentally well conceived manner, which is to do the core work in a small, confined cartridge that needs certain inputs and outputs connected over a particular timespan. You’re envisioning a physical space much larger than that held in stasis for days, to accomplish that task. Version 1.0 may be a quick scale up of the old lab equipment, rearranged to “industrialize” the process, but no industrial process that well defined already will necessarily or likely stay that way.

I’ve not only worked in manufacturing, but taught engineers and MBA’s about the history of manufacturing and innovation, in a large Fortune 200 company at that time which was known for innovative manufacturing.
