0 MJ Dispensaries opened. FUNN didn't even get the Cannabis Retail Operating License from DB/Tokin after FUNN claimed to have acquired all of the assets.

Beast = fail, Still not listed as a take out site. S&L name certainly not marketed/branded.

Subscription Services = Fail
Games2Go = Fail
Alleged Partnership with Cali video and hospitality company = FAIL

Morning = Fail
Starlit Citadel = Fail
So many more fails that Funn Execs fail to hold themselves accountable for

Most significant Failures are
Inability to bring a single cafe to positive net profitability
Failure to file Audits in compliance with USA franchising requirements
Fail to sell Franchises.
